Purpose

We process the contact details you give us (name, email, phone, address and what you tell us about your project) to answer your enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes and, if we end up working together, manage the project and invoicing.

Performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps you request, and compliance with legal obligations.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties, except where required by law and with the providers of services we need (web hosting and email), and Cloudflare, which checks that contact form submissions are not automated (Turnstile).

Retention

We keep data for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ola@oscartrives.com.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or third-party cookies.

To count visits we use Plausible, a cookie-free analytics tool hosted on our own servers in the European Union: it stores no IP addresses, identifies no one, and the data is not shared with third parties.

Some news posts include a YouTube or Instagram video. Nothing loads from those services until you press play; from then on, that service may set its own cookies.
